A service engagement begins only after scope, commercials, responsibilities and activation conditions are confirmed in writing.

Acceptable and compliant use

Clients are responsible for having lawful authority, consent and accurate data for campaigns, contacts and content supplied for execution.

Services must not be used for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, impersonation, prohibited goods or any activity that violates applicable law, operator rules or platform policies.

DLT, sender, template, brand verification and other approvals remain subject to the relevant registry, telecom operator or platform.

Third-party platforms

Delivery, availability, pricing, approval and functionality may depend on telecom operators, Meta, Google, hosting providers, registries or other third parties.

A third-party policy, outage, rejection, suspension or price revision may affect a service and is not under EASY SERVE’s sole control.

Client materials and intellectual property

The client confirms it has the right to use all names, databases, trademarks, creatives and content supplied for a project.

Website design, original copy, brand assets, processes and other materials remain protected by their respective owners unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Payments and activation

Invoices, taxes, prepaid credits, platform fees, setup charges and renewal terms follow the accepted proposal or order.

Work may be paused for overdue payment, policy risk, missing approvals, incomplete documentation or suspected misuse.

Availability and responsibility

Reasonable care is taken in delivering agreed services; however, uninterrupted delivery, specific conversions or third-party approval cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility is limited to the scope and remedies agreed in the applicable written engagement.

Updates and governing terms

These terms may be updated when services, laws or platform requirements change. Material changes apply from the published effective date.

Unless the written engagement states otherwise, disputes are subject to applicable Indian law and the courts of New Delhi, India.
